Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dar-e-Abbas Foundation website, services, programs, events, or digital platforms (collectively, the Website or Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our Services.

Use of Website and Services

Our Website and Services are provided for religious, informational, educational, charitable, and community purposes only. Users agree to use the Website lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly and not to engage in activities that may harm the Foundation, its volunteers, participants, or the wider community.

Donations

Donations made to Dar-e-Abbas Foundation are voluntary gifts supporting charitable, religious, and community initiatives. Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. Requests related to errors or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Anonymous donations are accepted. Official donation receipts are issued only when sufficient donor information is provided and where permitted under CRA guidelines.

Digital Donations via Website

Donations to Dar-e-Abbas Foundation are accepted only through the official website using secure third-party payment platforms. The Foundation does not currently accept donations through its mobile application. Dar-e-Abbas Foundation does not store full payment card or banking details on its servers. Donation confirmations and receipts are issued electronically where applicable. The Foundation is not responsible for service interruptions, processing delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

Event Participation Disclaimer

Participation in events, programs, classes, and activities is voluntary. While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment, participants attend at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their personal well-being. Attendees must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by organizers.

Educational Content Disclaimer

All content provided through programs, workshops, lectures, seminars, classes, or events is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or counseling advice. Views expressed by guest speakers do not necessarily reflect those of Dar-e-Abbas Foundation.

Sunday School and Youth Programs

Dar-e-Abbas Foundation offers Sunday School and youth programs for religious education, spiritual development, and community engagement. Participation is voluntary. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information and ensuring appropriate supervision and timely pickup where required. Program schedules, curriculum, instructors, and formats may change as needed. Dar-e-Abbas Foundation is not responsible for personal belongings brought to programs.

Parental Responsibility and Conduct

Reasonable care is taken to provide a safe, respectful, and faith-aligned learning environment. Participants are expected to follow behavioral guidelines shared by program coordinators. Dar-e-Abbas Foundation reserves the right to limit or discontinue participation if conduct is disruptive or inconsistent with community values.

Photography and Media Use

Photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during events and activities for use in organizational communications, including websites, reports, newsletters, and social media. Reasonable efforts are made to respect individual preferences. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed or recorded may inform event staff. Images of minors are used with appropriate care and consent practices.

Community Business and Service Directory Disclaimer

Listings in any community business or service directory provided by Dar-e-Abbas Foundation are for informational purposes only. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, recommendation, certification, or commercial promotion of any individual, business, or service.

Mobile Application Use

Dar-e-Abbas Foundation may offer a mobile application in addition to the Website. Use of the mobile application is subject to these same Terms and Conditions. The mobile application is provided to support community engagement, program access, and informational services. Availability and functionality may vary by device, operating system, or region and may be modified or discontinued at any time. The Foundation is not responsible for technical issues caused by user devices, operating systems, app stores, or third-party service providers.

Accounts and Registrations

Certain features of the Website or mobile application may require account registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under their account. Dar-e-Abbas Foundation reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse, false information, or policy violations are identified.

Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Dar-e-Abbas Foundation is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party sites.
